Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 500 grams prawns, peeled and cleaned
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (400 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for some spice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Fresh bread or pasta of your choice, for accompaniment

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
