Shipping and returns

All orders are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Carrier

Your order is standard delivered with PostNL within the Netherlands. At busy times we also use other carriers such as DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a track & trace code and you will then receive an update by email with the delivery information from the relevant carrier.

Delivery time

We use the following delivery times in the Netherlands and Belgium if you have ordered before 23:30 :

  • Ordered on Monday = delivered on Tuesday
  • Ordered on Tuesday = delivered on Wednesday
  • Ordered on Wednesday = delivered on Thursday
  • Ordered on Thursday = delivered on Friday
  • Ordered on Friday = delivered on Saturday
  • Ordered on Saturday = delivered on Tuesday
  • Ordered on Sunday = delivered on Tuesday

Return

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If the 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Are you not satisfied with your purchased product? No problem, you can return the product to us free of charge, we don't make a fuss about that.

Request return label

  • Send an email to service@cuisinly.com with your order number
  • You will then receive a return form and RMA number from us
  • Fill in the return form and add it to the package
  • At the bottom of the return form you will find a shipping label
  • Stick it on the box and hand it over to the nearest service point
  • As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed as soon as possible.

Refunds

The full purchase amount including any standard shipping costs for the forward shipment will be reimbursed by us within 14 days after dissolution, provided that your return meets our return requirements, as described above. Any paid shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. The costs of the return shipment are for our account when you use the return label provided. If you want to return on your own initiative with another carrier, the direct costs for returning are for your own account.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@cuisinly.com

Sale

Only regular priced items are refundable. Items sold during the sale are non-refundable.

New parts

We will replace items if they are faulty or damaged. Or an item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A product can only be replaced by another product of equal or smaller quantity. If you would like to switch to a product with a higher price, we ask that you return the original order for a refund and place a separate order with the desired product. Please note that you must pay the return costs when returning your order.

A product has been delivered incorrectly or damaged

Please contact our customer service or send an e-mail with exactly what is broken, including a photo. You will receive a substantive response to the complaint as soon as possible. If the complaint is justified, Cuisinly Food Tools will either send a new product or credit the purchase amount. Naturally, all costs in this case will be borne by Cuisinly Food Tools.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
