Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 ripe peaches
- 100 grams mixed lettuce of your choice (e.g. arugula, spinach, watercress)
- 100 grams of fresh goat cheese
- 50 grams almonds, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
